The cone crusher is extensively employed in the metallurgical and refractory industries, as well as in the building and chemical sectors. It is designed to effectively crush iron ores, copper ores, quartz, granite, and rocks with medium to above medium hardness. Notably, it exhibits a significant crushing ratio, exceptional efficiency, ample capacity, minimal crushing expenses, and effortless adjustment. Consequently, it serves as a valuable asset during the second or third stage of the crushing process.

Applications:

Cone crushers find extensive applications in various industries, including metallurgy, refractory, road building, chemical, and phosphatic industries. They are specifically designed to handle hard and medium-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, quartz, granite, and grit stone, among others. The choice of cavity type for crushing depends on the specific application of the ores being processed. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing, the middle type is ideal for fine crushing, and the short-head type is well-suited for super fine crushing operations.

We also provide other types of crushers as jaw crushers, roll crushers, etc.

The all crushers will be performed in accordance with the EC Directive on Machinery 98/37 resp. EC Directive on Low voltage 73/23 EWG. The fulfillment of the standard will be confirmed by manufacturer’s CE declaration.
