The air guiding device features an intelligently designed air guiding plate, strategically positioned within the body in accordance with the arrangement of the electric heating element and fan structure. The air guiding plate, secured with a convenient buckle-type installation mechanism, ensures easy installation and maintenance. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel plate, the air guiding plate guarantees durability and reliability.

The dryer achieves exceptional temperature uniformity due to the evenly distributed dryer temperature. Employing a centrifugal structure, the fan incorporates a heat-resistant stainless steel construction, forming a centrifugal fan blade. This design facilitates a top-to-bottom airflow pattern within the dryer, guiding the hot air to pass through the heating element via a four-side flow channel. Subsequently, the top diversion sleeve collects the hot air, channeling it into the axial flow fan, resulting in continuous circulation of the hot air within the dryer.

Through this reciprocating cycle, the heat generated by the heating element is effectively transferred into the dryer, ensuring even heating of the workpiece. Additionally, the temperature of the dryer is automatically regulated by a temperature control instrument, allowing precise control over the dryer temperature.

The heating element of our industrial dryer features a highly efficient "U" type stainless steel far-infrared electric heating tube. This advanced heating tube design ensures optimal heat transfer and superior performance.

The heating tubes are strategically installed in a vertical arrangement along the side wall of the body within the air duct. This placement offers convenient accessibility for replacement, allowing for efficient maintenance procedures. With this configuration, the heating tubes can be easily accessed and replaced when necessary, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.
